We normally ship our products upon receipt of your payment.

You can also track your package on the carrier's website.
All products are shipped from our European storage center.
Note: 95% of all packages sent by post are delivered within the aforementioned time limit. Unfortunately, this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes delivery takes longer. If you cannot wait a little longer, we suggest that you chose another shipping option with a guaranteed delivery date (DHL).

Sunen Sp. z o.o. (LTD) is focused to customer satisfaction, so if you change your mind, goods can be returned to us anytime within 14 days of the item delivery. Easy return is guaranteed! Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price.
To help us make your product refund as quickly as possible please follow the following 3 step process:
1. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that we should expect your product return.
2. Please arrange the return shipment to:

Please include a clear not with your name and order number inside the package (do not put a note outside the package as this note can be easily damaged).
3. Returned items must be in good condition, that means, you are allowed to check the item but if item received by us is mechanically broken, we can deduct a service fee from your payment. You are responsible for this shipping costs. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items, usually we refund your money within 2 business days.
If an item is faulty, you may return it at any time. Please let us know straight away if something in your order is faulty. If we could ask you to send a photograph of the faulty items to email@example.com along with your name and your order number it will help us to solve your problem as soon as possible.
